1.After-sales & Refund Policy
Return & Refund：Once the order is successfully placed, it is considered a confirmed transaction. Returns and refunds are not supported.
After-sales Service：A complete unboxing video is required, starting from opening the waterproof bag. If the shooting angle is incomplete and the issue cannot be identified, after-sales service cannot be provided. If there is any missing item in the product, please contact us within 24 hours.
2.Tracking
Ship within 7 days after purchase. Shipping is free when the order total reaches $60. If it’s less than $60, a shipping fee of $15 will be charged. Estimated delivery within 3 weeks.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Hey babies, do pay attention! We’ll ship the goods based on the shipping address you filled in on PayPal. If you need to change the address, an extra PayPal handling fee will be charged.
